Kullanım Koşulları
Tennizy'yi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
Tennizy, yüklediğiniz kısa videolar üzerinden tenis tekniğinizi değerlendiren ve yapay zekâ destekli koçluk geri bildirimi üreten bir mobil uygulamadır. Ayrıca teknik öğrenme kartları, egzersizler, antrenman planı, seviye takibi ve sosyal özellikler sunar.
2. Analiz Sonuçlarının Niteliği
Analiz, seviye ve öneriler otomatik sistemlerle üretilir ve hata içerebilir. Bunlar kesin bir yetkinlik ölçümü değil, gelişiminizi izlemeye yardımcı göstergelerdir. Sağlanan içerik yalnızca bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; profesyonel antrenör, fizyoterapist veya tıbbi görüşün yerini tutmaz.
3. Sağlık ve Sakatlık Sorumluluk Reddi
Uygulamadaki egzersiz ve teknik önerileri fiziksel aktivite içerir. Uygulamayı kullanmadan önce sağlık durumunuzu değerlendirmeniz, tereddüt hâlinde hekiminize danışmanız gerekir. Mevcut bir sakatlığınız, rahatsızlığınız veya sağlık riskiniz varsa önerileri uygulamadan önce mutlaka bir sağlık profesyoneline danışın. Uygulama, kullanımdan doğabilecek sakatlanma veya sağlık sorunlarından sorumlu tutulamaz.
4. Yaş Koşulu
Uygulama 13 yaş ve üzeri içindir. Sosyal özellikler (Keşfet, randevu, mesajlaşma, arkadaşlık) 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılarla sınırlıdır. Yaşınızı doğru beyan etmeniz gerekir; yanlış beyan hâlinde hesap kapatılabilir.
5. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri
- Uygulama kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla kullanılır.
- Başka kişilerin göründüğü videoları, o kişilerin rızası olmadan yükleyemezsiniz. Bu rızayı almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Hakaret, taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik, spam ve yasa dışı içerik yasaktır.
- Sistemi otomatik araçlarla kötüye kullanmak, kota sınırlarını aşmaya çalışmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya başkasının hesabına erişmeye çalışmak yasaktır.
- Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
6. İçerik Bildirimi, Engelleme ve Moderasyon
Sosyal özelliklerde uygunsuz içerik veya kullanıcıyı bildirebilir ve engelleyebilirsiniz. Engellediğiniz kullanıcı size mesaj gönderemez. Bildirimler değerlendirilir; bu koşulları ihlal eden içerik kaldırılabilir, hesap geçici veya kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir.
7. İçerik Hakları
Yüklediğiniz videoların mülkiyeti sizdedir. Hizmeti sunabilmemiz için (videoyu analiz etmek, size göstermek, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklamak) sınırlı, münhasır olmayan bir kullanım izni vermiş olursunuz. Bu izin hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer. Uygulamanın kendi kodu, tasarımı, marka ve içerikleri Tennizy'ye aittir.
Videonuzdan çıkarılan hareket verisinin (eklem koordinatları) tenis tekniği modelimizi geliştirmek için kullanılması bu koşullara dahil değildir: ayrı ve isteğe bağlı bir izne bağlıdır, varsayılan olarak kapalıdır ve ilk video yüklemenizden önce gösterilen rıza ekranından verilir. İzin vermezseniz bu amaçla hiçbir kayıt alınmaz ve uygulamanın hiçbir özelliği kısıtlanmaz. İzni sonradan Ayarlar → Model eğitimine katkı anahtarından geri alabilirsiniz; geri alma, o andan sonrası için geçerlidir. Ayrıntısı Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır. Videonuzun kendisi bu amaçla hiç saklanmaz.
8. Ücretlendirme
Tennizy şu anda ücretsizdir ve uygulama içi satın alma içermez. İleride ücretli özellikler sunulursa, satın alma yalnızca Google Play Faturalandırma üzerinden yapılır; uygulama içinde harici ödeme yöntemi sunulmaz ve iptal/yönetim Google Play hesabınızdan yapılır. Ücretli özellik eklenmesi hâlinde bu koşullar önceden güncellenir.
Adil kullanım için analiz sayısına günlük ve haftalık sınır uygulanabilir.
9. Hesabınızı Silme
Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kurmadan silme talebi için tennizy.com/delete-account sayfasına bakın.
10. Sorumluluk Sınırı
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Analiz sonuçlarının doğruluğu garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Bu sınırlama, tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
11. Değişiklikler ve Fesih
Bu koşullar değiştirilebilir; güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır ve esaslı değişikliklerde uygulama içinde bilgilendirme yapılır. Koşulları ihlal eden hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir. Dilediğiniz zaman hesabınızı silerek sözleşmeyi sona erdirebilirsiniz.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatıyla, bulunduğunuz yerdeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır.

By using Tennizy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The Service
Tennizy is a mobile app that assesses your tennis technique from short videos you upload and generates AI-assisted coaching feedback. It also offers technique cards, drills, a training plan, level tracking and social features.
2. Nature of the Results
Analyses, levels and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are indicators to help you track progress, not a definitive measurement of ability. The content is for information only and is not a substitute for a professional coach, physiotherapist or medical advice.
3. Health and Injury Disclaimer
The exercises and technique suggestions involve physical activity. Assess your own health before using the app and consult a physician if you are unsure. If you have an existing injury, condition or health risk, speak to a health professional before following any suggestion. The app cannot be held liable for injury or health problems arising from use.
4. Age
The app is for users aged 13 and over. Social features (Discover, appointments, messaging, friends) are limited to users aged 18 and over. You must declare your age accurately; accounts with a false declaration may be closed.
5. Your Responsibilities
- The app is for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not upload video showing other people without their consent. Obtaining that consent is your responsibility.
- Abuse, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, spam and unlawful content are prohibited.
- Abusing the service with automated tools, attempting to bypass quota limits, reverse engineering, or attempting to access another person's account are prohibited.
- You are responsible for the security of your account.
6. Reporting, Blocking and Moderation
In social features you can report and block inappropriate content or users. A user you block cannot message you. Reports are reviewed; content that breaches these terms may be removed and accounts may be suspended or closed.
7. Content Rights
You own the videos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to analyse them, display them to you and store them while your account is active, so that the service can be provided. This licence ends when you delete your account. The app's own code, design, brand and content belong to Tennizy.
Using the motion data (joint coordinates) extracted from your video to improve our tennis technique model is not covered by these terms: it depends on a separate, optional permission that is off by default and is given on the consent screen shown before your first upload. If you do not give it, no record at all is taken for that purpose, and no feature of the app is restricted. You can withdraw the permission later with the Settings → Contribute to model training switch; withdrawal applies from that point onwards. The details are explained in the Privacy Policy. Your video itself is never retained for this purpose.
8. Pricing
Tennizy is currently free and contains no in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced, purchases will be made only through Google Play Billing; no external payment method will be offered inside the app, and cancellation and management will be handled from your Google Play account. These terms will be updated in advance if paid features are added.
Daily and weekly limits may apply to the number of analyses, for fair use.
9. Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time via Settings → Delete Account. To request deletion without installing the app, see tennizy.com/delete-account.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The accuracy of analysis results is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This limitation does not remove any rights you have under consumer law.
11. Changes and Termination
These terms may change; the current version is published on this page and material changes are also notified in the app. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or closed. You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, your right to bring proceedings before the consumer bodies and courts of your place of residence is reserved.
