Hesap ve Veri Silme
Tennizy hesabını ve hesabına bağlı tüm verileri dilediğin zaman silebilirsin. İki yol var; ikisi de aynı sonucu verir.
1. Uygulama içinden (en hızlı)
Onayladıktan sonra silme işlemi hemen çalışır. Uygulamayı yeniden kurman veya bizimle yazışman gerekmez.
2. Uygulamayı kurmadan (e-posta ile)
Telefonunda uygulama yoksa ya da hesabına erişemiyorsan, talebini e-postayla gönder:
- Adres: kvkk@tennizy.com
- Konu: Hesap silme talebi
- İçerik: Hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresi
Talebi, hesabın kayıtlı olduğu e-posta adresinden göndermen gerekir; kimliğini bu şekilde doğruluyoruz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
Silinen veriler
Hesap silindiğinde aşağıdakilerin tamamı kalıcı olarak silinir:
- Profil bilgilerin (görünen ad, e-posta, konum, tercihler, raket bilgileri)
- Tüm analizlerin, seviye ve ELO geçmişin, vuruş bazlı ilerlemen
- Yüklediğin antrenman videoların, küçük görselleri ve videodan çıkarılan hareket (iskelet) verilerin
- Analiz sırasında üretilen kareler
- Sohbetlerin ve mesajların
- Bildirim jetonun ve kullanım sayaçların
- Giriş (kimlik doğrulama) kaydın
Silme işleminden sonra bu verilerin geri getirilmesi mümkün değildir.
Bilmen gerekenler
- Sohbetler iki kişiye aittir. Bire bir sohbetlerde mesajlar karşı taraf için de silinir. "Tüm verilerin silinir" taahhüdü ancak böyle karşılanabiliyor.
- Saklanan veri yoktur. Hesabın silindiğinde seninle ilişkilendirilebilecek hiçbir veri sistemimizde kalmaz.
- Arkadaşlarının kendi cihazlarına aldığı ekran görüntüsü gibi kopyalar bizim erişimimizde değildir.

Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your Tennizy account and all data linked to it at any time. There are two ways, and both have the same result.
1. From inside the app (fastest)
Deletion runs immediately after you confirm. You do not need to reinstall the app or contact us.
2. Without installing the app (by email)
If you no longer have the app or cannot access your account, send your request by email:
- Address: kvkk@tennizy.com
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Body: the email address registered to your account
Please send the request from the email address registered to your account; this is how we verify your identity. Requests are completed within 30 days at the latest.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, all of the following are permanently removed:
- Your profile data (display name, email, location, preferences, racket details)
- All your analyses, level and ELO history, and per-shot progress
- Training videos you uploaded, their thumbnails, and the motion (skeleton) data extracted from them
- Frames generated during analysis
- Your chats and messages
- Your notification token and usage counters
- Your authentication record
After deletion, this data cannot be restored.
Things to know
- Chats belong to two people. In one-to-one chats, messages are deleted for the other person as well. This is the only way the promise "all your data is deleted" can be kept.
- No data is retained. Once your account is deleted, nothing that could be linked to you remains in our systems.
- Copies others may have saved on their own devices, such as screenshots, are outside our control.
